Our experience was overshadowed by a lack of quality service. The reception staff were unwelcoming and didn’t assist us with our luggage, making our arrival stressful. the plumbing issues in our room led to frustration, as we had to frequently leave the room to use the restroom by the pool due to blockages.

the bathroom privacy was a complete joke, a clear glass door, really? I couldn’t even enjoy a moment alone! Plus, the loud road noise was absolutely unbearable while trying to relax by the pool. I thought I woudl get at least a welcome gift for my troubles but apparently, that woudl ve been asking too much.
